These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wrkrs, a platform that connects customers with independent local service professionals ("Providers") for booking home and personal services. By creating an account or using Wrkrs, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Wrkrs Is

Wrkrs is a marketplace. We provide the platform that lets customers discover Providers, view their real-time availability, and book services directly. Providers on Wrkrs are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Wrkrs. Wrkrs is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a Provider, and does not itself perform the services booked through the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a customer or Provider account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listed services, pricing, availability, and qualifications.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

When you book a service through Wrkrs, you are entering into an agreement directly with the Provider for that service. Cancellation windows, cancellation charges, and refund eligibility are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Payments

Payments made through Wrkrs are processed securely by third-party payment processors, including Stripe and Razorpay. Wrkrs does not store your full card details. Service pricing is set by the Provider and/or platform commission structure shown to you before you confirm a booking.

5. Provider Responsibilities

Providers agree to perform booked services with reasonable skill and care, to honor their stated availability, and to comply with all applicable laws, licensing, and insurance requirements for the services they offer. Wrkrs may suspend or remove a Provider account for failure to meet these obligations or for customer complaints that indicate a safety or trust risk.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use Wrkrs for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, to harass another user, or to attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees after being matched through Wrkrs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wrkrs provides the platform "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrkrs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services booked through the platform, including damages caused by a Provider's performance (or non-performance) of a service. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection and payment between customers and Providers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wrkrs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll note the effective date of the latest version here.
