We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, and profile details when you create an account. We collect booking information, including service requests, scheduling, and communication between customers and Providers. With your permission, we collect location data to show you nearby Providers and to let Providers find customers within their service zone. Payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay) — Wrkrs does not store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the booking platform: matching customers with available Providers, processing payments, sending booking and account notifications, providing customer support, and improving the service. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to operating Wrkrs without your consent.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share the minimum information necessary for a booking to work — for example, a Provider sees the customer's name, service address, and contact details for a confirmed booking, and a customer sees the Provider's name, profile, and contact details. We share payment information with our payment processors to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion Request page for how to submit a request.

Wrkrs uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, but no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your Wrkrs account.
